2.1  User login credentials are for designated Users only and may not be shared with other individuals.

2.3 Users agree that they are responsible for keeping password and other account details confidential.

2.4 The Website is intended for use only by those who can access it from within the UK. If the Website are accessed from locations outside the UK, Users fully accept responsibility for compliance with local laws where they are applicable.

2.5 As a condition of your use of the Website, you agree to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy annexed.

3 Users will use all commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that they do not transmit or introduce any Malicious Code to the Website.  We are not responsible for any Malicious Code that a User may encounter whilst using the Website.

3.2 Users are able to publish User Content using Publishing Tools.  We are not responsible for any loss, deletion, modification, or disclosure of User Content resulting from use or misuse of Publishing Tools. Customer's use of Publishing Tools is at User’s sole risk and the User is responsible for the accuracy of any User Content

3.3 Users may not cobrand User Content, or use Content or User Content in any way not authorised by the Acceptable Use Policy and these Terms.

3.4 We reserve the right not to publish or to remove any Unwanted Submissions for any reason.

4 Your privacy and personal information

4.1 Your privacy and personal information are important to us. Any personal information that is provided to us will be dealt with in line with our privacy policy[SH1] .

5 Ownership, use and intellectual property rights

5.1 The Website and all intellectual property rights in it including but not limited to any Content are owned by us or our licensors. Intellectual property rights means rights such as: copyright, trade marks, domain names, design rights, database rights, patents and all other intellectual property rights of any kind whether or not they are registered or unregistered (anywhere in the world). We and our licensors reserve all of our and their rights in any intellectual property in connection with the Website.

12.1 The courts of the England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to these Terms.
